Commercial & Investment PropertiesTM publishes full-color quarterly digests of Connecticut and Western Massachusetts commercial, industrial, office, retail, and investment properties for sale or lease. Editions for both states are online and in print.
The online editions feature embedded 'clickable' listings that automatically create emails to the advertisers when an ad or listing is clicked. Also, our website has links to download the entire magazine content onto E-readers such as the Amazon Kindle or Sony. So, before you jump on a plane or go somewhere without wifi, you can download the content of the magazines and read at your convenience.
The printed editions are direct-mailed, free of charge, to commercial real estate investors and brokers, business and property owners, developers, manufacturers, site locators, and all commercial real estate-related professionals regionally and nationally. In addition, all commercial real estate brokers in both states receive packets of magazines each month. We estimate a quarterly print readership of 50,000 for the Connecticut edition and 40,000 for Western Massachusetts.
